Prep & Cook Time: ~5 minutes
1 sliced cheese
1. Heat frying pan with olive oil.
2. Add chopped shallot. Sautee until fragrant.
3. Mix egg with chopped parsley.
4. Pour the egg mixture onto the pan evenly to cover surface.
5. After the bottom side of egg is cooked / turns slightly golden brown,
invert the egg & use low heat.
6. Add sliced cheese evenly onto the surface.
7. Heat until the other bottom surface of egg is also cooked.
I really love the smooth, soft & melty cheese on tongue!
