No added-on sugar home made milkshake

On summer or hot days, you and your loved ones will love a glass of cold milkshake or smoothie.

Ingredients:
♥ Fresh, pasteurized cow milk
♥ Papaya
♥ Honeydew
♥ ice cubes (optional)

Directions:
1. Blend all the ingredients. until you have the smooth texture
2. The sweetness and flavor of fruits varies, so it is best to experiment with amount. Add generous amount of fruits until you do not have to add additional sugar.
3. Best if served immediately. Enjoy!
